This position is responsible to maintain confidential reports, enter and retrieve data utilizing the computer system, prepare intravenous medication, assists in all aspects of labeling and preparation of medication, assists with management of inventory including receiving and storing medication as well as preparation and delivery of narcotics, data collection related to medication center review and quality improvement, assists in monitoring and management of emergency carts through the hospital, fill automated medication dispensing system with a supply of unit dose medications, procure, and fill requests for pharmaceutical supplies and deliver supplies to nursing units. Fills, delivers, replenishes, and accurately maintains medications and supplies for automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs), patient-specific medication orders, nursing units, perioperative areas, and ancillary departments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
