Responsibilities:Lead advisory engagements focused on transactions, financial reporting, and complex accounting mattersProvide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiativesReview financial statements and external reporting deliverables for accuracy and complianceDevelop financial models, forecasts, and analytical insights to support business decisionsDesign and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyServe as a key liaison between client management, auditors, and other stakeholdersManage client relationships and identify opportunities for additional advisory supportLead and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional developmentContribute to business growth initiatives, including recruiting and practice developmentServe as a subject matter expert across technical accounting areas. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred8+ years of experience in Big 4 public accounting, audit, or advisory roles (Big 4 experience is required)Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirementsExperience leading client engagements and managing multiple projectsStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with interest in contributing to firm growthWillingness to travel as needed.
