Other responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below: + Familiar with project invoicing and cash flow management + Manages and directs professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects + Leads teams by utilizing advanced scientific principles, theories, and practices + Utilizes existing technologies and past experience to develop technical solutions to complex problems + Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance + Analyzes financial statements and completes budget tracking + Performs work with minimal direction with periodic reporting to area manager + Oversees the preparation of work plans and organizes project studies + Performs complex assignments often requiring the development of unique solutions to problems with the support of the project team + Supervises junior and mid-level staff during all phases of project work + Conducts reviews and provides staff feedback for continued improvement **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, or related field with + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Must be able to pass a background check + Due to nature of work, sponsorship for this role will not be available at this time or in the future. **Preferred Qualifications** + Professional License (PE, PG) + 10+ years’ experience in environmental remediation (soil, water, sediment, PFAS, munitions) project management + Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related degree + Experience with regulator and stakeholder negotiations + Experience successfully managing environmental projects for Federal clients (USACE, AFCEC, Navy) + Thorough working knowledge of RCRA and CERCLA + Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication, both verbal and written skills + Experience in team management and scheduling of staff and resources to ensure on time and on budget project delivery + Superior communication, writing, editing, and reporting skills for a wide variety of audiences + Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders + Interest in business development + Have led teams of professionals in executing Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Risk Assessment, and Treatability Studies in support of Federal environmental projects + Occasional overnight travel required **Additional Information** Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
