Preferred experience includes senior leadership of the largest and most complex EPC projects or groups of projects; construction execution leadership; field and site leadership; labor strategy; subcontractor performance management; labor productivity; project recovery; project controls; commercial risk management; executive client engagement; and leadership of project managers/project directors on complex EPC work. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Direct all aspects of the largest and most complex Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) projects, including risk to safety, quality, cost, schedule, with senior accountability for safety, quality, construction execution, field leadership, labor productivity, subcontractor and labor strategy, project controls, commercial risk, and startup/commissioning integration.
