Activities this position is responsible for include the planning and implementation for Shore End Installations, drafting and submitting purchase order requisitions, receipting for items, correlating receipted items with Bills of Materials (BOMs), planning and projecting dates when items need to ship, verifying the accuracy of materials invoices, timelines to obtain personnel travel Visa's and work permits, ensuring that tools make it back to the Depot, and other tasks as directed. Activities include planning, logistics, tracking milestones, and purchasing in support of shore end installations and burial, pre-laid shore end cable vessel loading, near shore route clearance, post lay inspection burial operations, terrestrial cable installation, HDD operations, cable splicing, ocean ground bed installation, and related documentation for all activities.
