The Project Controls Manager will partner closely with project managers, cost managers, construction managers, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, schedules, and governance requirements. This role will serve as a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO), providing oversight of project controls processes, governance frameworks, financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and reporting across multiple projects.
