The Project Manager is entrusted with managing highly visible, politically sensitive, and technically complex projects that require extensive coordination among government agencies, utility providers, consultants, contractors, funding partners, and community stakeholders. This position serves as a senior-level project and program leader responsible for overseeing large-scale infrastructure, public works, and facilities projects through all phases of development, including planning, design, environmental review, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
