The role provides day-to-day project leadership through the Superintendent, General Foreman, and project staff while maintaining accountability for cost, schedule, quality, safety, procurement, change management, billing, and closeout. Working knowledge of drawings, specifications, owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, correspondence, and as-built requirements.
