Demonstrated success leading multimillion-dollar electrical or mechanical construction projects, preferably within data centers, cryptocurrency mining facilities, oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, power generation, industrial plants, or other large-scale infrastructure environments. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers, project engineers, and field leadership while collaborating with executive management to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and continued business growth.
