This role ensures a consistent scheduling methodology, provides schedule analytics to project and executive leadership, and partners closely with onsite project management and superintendent teams to maintain disciplined, data-driven project schedules. Maintain a portfolio-wide long-lead material tracking log, including windows, trusses, roofing, mechanical equipment, appliances, and other critical materials, capturing order dates, fabrication/lead times, and expected delivery dates for each active community.
