The EMD Team is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Marketing Director who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days look the same. This role blends executive-level administrative support with hands-on marketing coordination. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support<ul><li>Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, scanning, copying, typing, and document organization </li><li>Monitor and respond to company emails, resolving issues within scope </li><li>Filter and organize inbox communications (removing non-relevant promotional emails) </li><li>Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person </li><li>Schedule both business and personal appointments </li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, dining) </li><li>Maintain and update company contact directory </li><li>Proofread, format, and create professional documents in English and Spanish </li><li>Complete data entry for leadership as needed </li></ul>Meeting & Event Coordination<ul><li>Greet and assist clients, vendors, and partners </li><li>Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and schedules </li><li>Pull and summarize information from emails, records, and documents </li></ul>Marketing & Operational Support<ul><li>Support the Marketing Director with campaign execution for food products and retail promotions </li><li>Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials (digital + print) </li><li>Help coordinate events, pop-up shops, and seasonal activations </li><li>Maintain vendor and customer records </li><li>Monitor and order office/marketing supplies as needed </li></ul>Other Responsibilities<ul><li>Additional tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director or leadership team </li></ul>.Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Marketing Assistant </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva (or similar tools) </li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred </li><li>Experience in food, retail, hospitality, or marketing industries is a plus </li></ul> Important Note We are an E-Verify employer.
