In this vital role, the PMHNP will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and substance use disorders. As part of MedNOW’s integrated care model, the PMHNP will partner closely with primary care physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate treatment plans, bridge transitions of care, and ensure each patient receives personalized, continuous, and evidence-based support.
