Masters Level - Must possess a masters degree in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth, and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention. QMHP-CS is responsible for accurately documenting services, attending Wraparound Team meetings as needed, and communicating participant progress to supervisors, team members, and the referring authority.
