Qualifications & Preferred Skills Bachelor's Degree required (Master's Degree preferred) in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related human services field and two (2+) years of experience working in non-profit social service agencies with management experience (2+ years preferred). The program provides evidence-supported parenting curriculum, resource identification and connection, support, and advocacy to families who are experiencing stressors, which puts their children at-risk of entering or re-entering the child welfare system.
