The position has a significant focus on a low-code application platform while also supporting the company's ERP system, a business intelligence platform, an intranet/document management platform, a workflow automation platform, a learning management system, a process-mapping tool, a cloud hosting platform, AI/LLM tools, and other applications. Meet with employees to gather information on existing workflows, document roles, inputs, outputs, approvals, exceptions, and control mechanisms; maintain detailed process documentation and flow diagrams.
