In lieu of a master's degree, candidates with a clinical degree/background and significant progressive leadership experience will be considered (examples include Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiovascular Technologist, Cath Lab Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, or other related clinical disciplines). This leader will partner closely with cardiovascular physicians, operational leaders, and executive leadership to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, financial performance, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient experience across the continuum of cardiovascular care.
