The position is part-time and the work hours are 8:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:   </p><ul><li>Recertifications.</li><li>A/P and A/R.</li><li>Processing work orders.  </li><li>Other property management duties as assigned. </li></ul><p><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></p><p>Experience in property management is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle including:</p><ul><li>Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC program is required. </li><li>Proficiency with basic accounting principles. </li><li>COS, C3P or equivalent certification is preferred.</li><li>Microsoft Office proficiency is required; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required. </li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p><p>We offer highly competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including great health benefits, 13 paid holidays, vacation time, 401k match, life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, and more.
