Respond to water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation projects at residential and commercial properties Assess damage, develop mitigation plans, and execute structural drying, demolition, and remediation work Operate and maintain restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, moisture meters, etc.) Document job progress, moisture readings, and scope of work accurately Communicate clearly and compassionately with Customers throughout the restoration process Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on schedule Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices on every job site What We're Looking For. or more Ability to remove damaged personal property and/or building materials, which may involve navigating stairs (including basement access) Comfortable standing, kneeling, bending, and working in tight or awkward spaces for extended periods Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including damp, dusty, or odorous job sites Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights when needed Compensation & Schedule.
