You will work closely with consultants, clinical teams, and internal departments to ensure patients receive a smooth and efficient experience from arrival through to completion of their visit. In this role, you will provide a high-quality, patient-focused service to our patients, consultants, and visitors across reception, registration, booking, and cashiering areas.
