Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance or Public Finance or related field from an accredited college or university and Two (2) years' procurement experience in a moderate to large-scale public sector institution, with some experience in developing specifications for complex equipment acquisitions and complex construction contracts preferred. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with general public, co-workers, elected and appointed officials, and members of diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds regardless of race, color, religion, age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, marital status or political affiliation.
