Compensation : $70,000 annually Job Summary: The Wellness & Sports Manager oversees the daily operation and administrative functions of The Venue/Lodge, Resort Pool, and Sports programming while delivering an exceptional, lifestyle-driven wellness experience that prioritizes member satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Monitor and evaluate the product offerings of the Club, including equipment, personnel, and services, recommending additions and/or discontinuation of products and services in addition to consistently developing and programming through training, tools, and monitoring.
