An employee's pay position within the base salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. Experience operating as a broad, hands-on business lawyer in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, with the range and judgment to work across disciplines, navigate unfamiliar questions, and advise the business beyond a narrow legal specialty.
