Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Park & Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field; supplemented by a minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in parks, recreation, facilities management, project management, or related fields; including four (4) years of experience supervising professional and operational staff; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Park & Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field, and five (5)years of professional experience, including two (2) years in Washington State, planning and developing parks, managing open space initiatives and land acquisitions, and assuring zoning compliance.
