Working closely with the Onsite Hourly Recruiters, the Coordinator ensures candidates are scheduled correctly, communications are sent, recruiting systems are updated, offers and pre-employment activities are tracked, and candidates are prepared for interviews, hiring events, orientation and Day 1. This is a 100% onsite role in a manufacturing setting with frequent interaction among candidates, Recruiters, site HR, hiring teams, security and onboarding partners.
