This contract-based position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top construction professionals for a variety of field and corporate roles, including Traveling Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, Preconstruction professionals, and other construction-related positions. p>What You'll Be Doing: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Data) from role kick-off to close, including managing pipelines in Greenhouse, strategic sourcing, and maintaining a strong flow of recruiter screens. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data teams, collaborating closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team priorities, role requirements, and long-term business goals.
Familiarity with the skill sets and qualifications required for quantitative finance roles (e.g., quantitative researchers, traders, and data scientists) as well as technical positions (e.g., software engineers, data engineers, machine learning specialists). Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a wide range of roles in quantitative finance, data science, machine learning, software engineering, and other critical functions.
