p>Key responsibilities include serving as a direct business partner to Regional Sales Directors and regional leadership teams, driving execution of asset protection programs across an assigned geographic area, conducting investigations involving internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations, identifying asset protection vulnerabilities and developing strategies to mitigate risk, leveraging data analytics, tactical planning, and field partnerships to improve asset protection performance, supporting operational processes and procedures designed to reduce theft, fraud, and operational loss, managing asset protection operating and capital expenses, leading execution of company safety programs to reduce workers' compensation and general liability incidents, communicating regularly with key stakeholders to identify issues, resolve problems, and drive accountability, providing asset protection training and coaching to store team members, and performing additional duties and special projects as assigned. We are looking for candidates with 3–5 years of multi-unit Asset Protection experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ability to assess risk and develop practical solutions, experience facilitating technical training for non-technical audiences, excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, ability to build strong partnerships across multiple levels of the organization, and willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
