Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports, including Regional/Area Managers and, where applicable, property-level team members at directly managed communities, providing coaching, mentoring, goal setting, performance feedback, quarterly check-ins, annual reviews, and conflict resolution. The Regional Vice President provides strategic leadership and oversight for a significant portfolio of residential properties, leading a team of up to two Regional/Area Managers while also directly managing assigned residential communities.
