Job Description: 1Position Description: Provide product demonstration, customer support/service, provide distributor support, pre-qualify and assist customers with financing, front and rear discharge sales, communicate with sales coordinator and sales administrator concerning quotes, facilitate activities of field service managers as required, provide coverage where there is no sales presence at the Director of Sales discretion, manage specific territory of outside sales, set-up & attend tradeshows maintain open communication w/co-workers. Track persistent problems and intercede with appropriate departments, inform customer of faulty operation and maintenance practices by the customer's personnel, or advise our management of assistance needed in resolving persistent product or customer issues.
