RN will primarily work on the Clinical Decision Unit (formerly known as Observation), but MAY be asked to float between various Med-Surg units (Respiratory, Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, etc.) and work 36 hours/week. Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is required (must be able to read Telemetry; they will be tested for this skill on day one and will be terminated if they cannot pass the competency; will also be terminated if we discover they are not Epic proficient).
