Key Responsibilities • Monitor and interpret continuous cardiac telemetry rhythms and notify providers of significant changes • Administer cardiac medications including antiarrhythmics, anticoagulants, and vasoactive drips per physician orders • Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record • Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions in urgent or emergent situations • Educate patients and families on cardiac diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions • Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans • Maintain proficiency with telemetry equipment, 12-lead ECG acquisition, and unit-specific monitoring technology ✅ Requirements • Active OH or Compact RN license • BLS, ACLS certifications • 3+ years of Cardiac Telemetry experience Pay Pay range: $1,980 to $2,073 per week.
