Skills needed include EVD, ICP monitoring, CVVHD/CRRT, ventilator management, arterial line management, and neurological assessment for stroke, TBI, and post-craniotomy patients. Provide critical care nursing to neurologically complex ICU patients including stroke, TBI, and post-neurosurgical cases.
