Coordinates arrival times for potential clients with Mobile Crisis, Walk in Center and Transporters Complete C-SSRS on each client Attend to guest and/or client needs during medical emergencies (ie: seizures, falls, etc) Coordinate with Emergency Departments and EMS Obtain Prior Authorizations Answer phone calls from recently transitioned guests regarding medication issues Weekly medication counts of routine medications Update Admission/Discharge log each time a client is admitted or transitioned from unit. Education / License : RN with a current/valid Tennessee license with course work or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, primary care, etiology, and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug use, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and intellectual developmental delays.
