Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association); Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience; Valid license to practice as an RN; Ability to care for non-invasive respiratory support (e.g., BPAP, Heated High Flow), manage titratable drips including cardiac, antihypertensive, metabolic, antiarrhythmic, sedation, and analgesia; Knowledge of chest tube management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ventilators such as vents, Cpap, BiPap, high flow; Familiarity with electronic medical record systems like EPIC; Strong ability to read telemetry strips and perform clinical assessments independently.
