Responsibilities: A day in the life of a Phase III Administrator at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: Support the Phase 3 Program by monitoring and tracking rotation, electives, and providing support to course directors, faculty, staff, and students with needs related to curriculum delivery, including communication, distribution of curricular materials, and interfacing with the School of Medicine`s Learning and Curricular Management systems. The Phase 3 administrator will collaborate with the Director, OME, the Association Dean of Medical Education, the Vice Dean for the Medical Education Continuum, and the Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Studies as well as the Phase 3 coordinator to assist in the review and monitoring of student placements and outcomes of the Year 4 Programs.
