High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in related field OR a 2-year technical degree preferred 1+ year of industrial sales experience, preferably selling repair services or technical solutions Experience in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components is a strong plus Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfortable prospecting and developing new business Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time independently in the field Proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications Valid driver's license; overnight travel may be required Regular customer visits in industrial environments, ability to stand and walk throughout the day Occasional lifting/carrying of items up to 50 lbs. • Own and grow a defined sales territory in the Syracuse and surrounding areas • Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new business and account growth • Drive full-cycle sales: prospecting, cold calling, needs assessment, presentations, quoting, and closing • Serve as a trusted advisor-connecting customers with Perfection Servo's repair and remanufacturing expertise • Leverage CRM tools and sales resources to manage pipeline, activity, and territory strategy • Collaborate closely with experienced customer service and technical support teams to exceed customer expectations and sales goals.
