Proven ability to manage projects from initial customer contact through completion, including needs assessment, budgeting, negotiation of project terms, subcontract issuance, contract management, and construction oversight. Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall direction, administration, completion, and financial outcome of all assigned projects, including oversight of subcontractors, superintendents, labor, and contracted consultants.
