You'll coordinate daily assignments, inspect guestrooms and public areas, monitor room readiness, address maintenance concerns, and work closely with Front Office, Engineering, Security, and other hotel departments to keep operations moving smoothly. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll provide hands-on leadership and oversight of daily housekeeping operations while ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and assigned hotel spaces consistently meet expectations for cleanliness, presentation, safety, and guest satisfaction.
