In this role, the Human Resources Manager will provide support and assistance to the North America region on various HR functions, including but not limited to benefits administration, workers' compensation, employee relations, recruiting, new hire orientation, payroll data, policy administration, training activities, labor law compliance, department record-keeping, maintenance of personnel files, special projects, and other duties as assigned. Assists with personnel actions, including new hires, requisitions, terminations, salary changes, performance reviews, transfers, promotions, benefits-related issues, and other personnel functions.
