This position is primarily focused on real estate and property management accounting , including property-level financials, owner accounting, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, rent roll reconciliation, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on, senior-level position that will work closely with company ownership, property managers, maintenance, leasing, vendors, property owners, lenders, and outside accounting professionals.
