Manage a diverse pediatric patient population including respiratory distress, CRRT, ECMO, post-arrest, trauma, neuro, surgical post-ops, DKA, chronic vents, and tracheostomy patients. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including Residents, Fellows, Attending MDs, Hospitalists, Advanced Practice Providers, RTs, and ancillary staff (CNA/PCT).
