p/>• 3–5+ years of experience in janitorial, facilities management, or related field
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or similar software
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing large commercial or multi-site contracts
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• OSHA or safety certification
• Experience with janitorial management software
