We're an independent, owner-operated restaurant in the heart of Dogtown specializing in elevated American comfort food, scratch cooking, seasonal specials and a whiskey-forward bar program. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, including food quality, consistency, ordering, inventory, food cost, labor, scheduling, training and menu development.
