Physical Environment Capabilities: Full physical capability to execute thorough facility walkthroughs, including standing/walking for extended periods on concrete floors, ascending ladders/stairs, inspecting elevated mezzanine spaces, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working confidently within active distribution environments (subject to dust, industrial noise, and temperature variances). In this role, you will be the driving force behind unlocking advanced operational efficiencies across complex distribution networks, maximizing profitability, and collaborating closely with Business Development to seamlessly onboard tier-one clients and rapidly scale existing client partnerships.
