The role involves scheduling, coordinating, and supervising craft employee activities, which may include supervising various trade groups (electricians, boilermakers, and carpenters) in different construction disciplines such as, civil, structural, electrical. The Construction Assistant Superintendent will help lead and manage large-scale construction for the entire project lifecycle, developing project strategies, plans, and budgets, and assembling qualified project teams.
