Collaborating with departmental leadership, faculty, and institution-wide stakeholders, the incumbent collaborates with faculty and departmental leadership to identify educational and training needs, designs and implements complex clinical learning experiences, supports recruitment, training, and evaluation of the SP pool, and develops and refines simulation case materials, while also configuring, operating, and maintaining the high-fidelity simulators, audiovisual capture systems (SimCapture), and related equipment on which these experiences depend. The position demands independent judgment on highly complex, self-managed educational events, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to move between instructional design and technical execution within a fast-paced learning environment.
