Associates are given substantive responsibility, direct involvement in active cases, and the opportunity to develop their skills through discovery, depositions, motion practice, client interaction, negotiations, and courtroom experience. The firm maintains a 1,700-hour annual billable expectation, allowing attorneys to focus on developing their litigation skills while handling meaningful casework.
