Capture complete field documentation, including photos, measurements, moisture or environmental notes, 3D scans or DocuSketch documentation, sketches or floor plans, scope notes, code or like-kind considerations, contents or pack-out flags, and any asbestos, lead, or safety concerns. This role takes qualified opportunities after mitigation handoff, responds to property losses, documents conditions, develops the reconstruction scope, and works directly with homeowners and adjusters to move work from opportunity to signed job.
