Risk Management Specialist Land O'Lakes is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to support and assist in our corporate and risk management operations, including regulatory compliance, the company-wide surety program, insurance renewals, certificates of insurance, third-party property damage recovery, and insurance-related financial administration. This role will apply professional judgment to analyze requirements, coordinate cross-functional and external stakeholders, resolve issues, strengthen processes and controls, and deliver accurate, timely, audit-ready outcomes, escalating matters with material coverage, legal, financial, or strategic implications.
