Care for a high-acuity patient population including neuro, cardiac, PCI, sepsis, stroke, TBI, and ETOH cases; experience with Ventriculostomy and Camino ICP monitoring expected. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed ICU (licensed for 40) organized in pods of 8, maintaining a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
