Assess, plan, delegate, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients, serving as a primary or accountable nurse based on unit assignment and safety, effectiveness, competency, cost, and impact considerations. Experience with intensive cardiac patients, including CHF, COPD, end-stage heart failure, cardiogenic shock, septic shock, GI bleeds, CRRT, IABP, Impella, and normothermia.
